For the longest time I was having a hard time getting/staying asleep. Lately it seems I can't stay awake. I'm tired all the time. I need a major energy boost. Not sure if it's the weather, my weight or what. I'm exhausted!

I've logged in three times today thinking that I have something that needs to be said. Every time the page opens, my thoughts freeze.

Just something I want to remember....

I was telling Chris how I feel a little bad for not keeping the house in better condition. There is almost always clutter and toys around. He doesn't usually complain about it but every once in a while he makes comments about toys on the floor or something like that. Anyway, we were just chatting last night and I made the comment that I should keep the house nicer but I much prefer playing with Anna. He said, "In 20 years, the house is still going to need to be cleaned. You're not going to have a little girl asking you to draw pictures with her. Take advantage of the time you've got with her, the house can wait." Ah! I love my husband.

On that note, Anna and I are going to make cookies :)

I can't believe I'm nearly 34 years old and I'm applying to work at fast food places. Really?

good gawd I think my kid has a tapeworm! she will not.stop.eating!! non-stop, all day, constant eating. meals, snacks, everything. she ate two (big) slices of a family size cheese pizza for dinner with strawberries then asked for yogurt and a cereal bar before going to bed.  WOW!

put a new deadbolt on the front door today. Hopefully this one will keep the kid in :)

Just got out of the shower to find Anna outside riding her new (garage sale) scooter in our driveway. WTF? She knows she isn't supposed to be outside without a grown-up. She knows she isn't supposed to unlock/open the door while I'm in the shower. Why does she keep testing me like this?

I need a drink.
